We use your information to deliver the valuation you request, to match your order to a suitable accredited valuer, to process payment, and to keep you updated on the status of your report.

We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our estimates, models and platform experience.

To complete an assignment we share the relevant property and contact details with the independent valuer engaged for your order.

We may also disclose information to service providers who host our systems, process payments, or provide analytics, always under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Your information is stored on secure servers located in Australia and protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

We restrict access to personal information to staff and valuers who need it to perform their role.

We retain valuation records for a minimum of seven years to meet ATO and professional record-keeping obligations. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
